Target audience definition
Well-designed eLearning should contribute to an improvement in on-the-job performance. To determine if an improvement has been made, Aurion carries out a comprehensive task and skills analysis at the start and end of each project using selected members of the target audience.
We also listen attentively to our clients to identify target audience preferences, previous experiences with eLearning and what they might find difficult or important within the new learning area.
